This is a delicious & easy appetizer for upcoming holiday events.
Everywhere we have taken it people rave about it & want the recipe.

1C Hellman's Light Mayo
1C fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
1 4.5 oz can of chopped black olives
1/2C sliced green onion
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper (depending on how spicy you like it) We usually do 1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp black pepper

Mix & refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cut baguette 1/4" slices at a slight angle
Spread mixture on top, place on cookie sheet & bake at 400 for 7-10 minutes on until cheese is melted.

ENJOY!

  1. Very good recipe...wonder where you got this one???
I have used red onion, or regular white or yellow onion in a pinch too, and it doesn't change the flavor much. My neighbors DEPEND on my for this every fall festival weekend. I can't even get down the street and they come walking up to me for them before they're all gone! Definitely a crowd pleaser!
